Thankful for the Little Things.

Today, I am thankful for:

Babies who "help" wrap Christmas gifts.

("Mommy, I don't know why you're wasting this on boxes, it's delicious!")

Boxes of my old books arriving in the mail, courtesy of my mom.

Extra-large crocheted flowers gracing goofy little ponytails.

(We were walking to the park.  This was Ellie when we arrived, so we went home.)

Beautiful fall days.

(Of course, I did take a picture of the pretty trees before we left the park.  Mom, this is for you!)

Therapists with Slinkys.

("I got a Slinky!  I caught it!")

("I am such a good student at baby school.  I rock the Sinky.")

Therapists with toys that make animal sounds.

("The cow mooed!")

Super awesome Christmas gift craft projects, which I can't share because the recipient reads this blog.

PS.  Looking for what I hope will soon be the most comprehensive Down syndrome blogroll around?  Check out the sidebar on this site!  It's a work in progress, but aims to bring together the many, many Down syndrome bloggers.  More content coming soon, but if you click "see more" under the blogroll, you'll find a list of Down syndrome blogs, with more added daily!  If you're not on the list and want to be, email me a link to your homepage.
