7/52.

A portrait of my daughter each week for a year.

Week 7: Cold.  So cold.  When we woke up this morning, it was -8 degrees Fahrenheit with the windchill.  We spent most of Valentine's Day indoors, aside from a quick Daddy/Daughter outing to get pastries and a Mommy/Daughter outing to visit the doggies up for adoption at Petsmart.

This week, Ellie's favorite things have included some cooking with Daddy for Valentine's dinner, making some art, and wishing everyone a happy Valentine's Day.

She also picked out the theme of her fourth birthday party - Penguins!  I cannot believe this girl will be four in just a couple weeks.

Nikon D3100, 50mm, ISO 800, f2.2, 1/250.  Upgraded the laptop, the new camera is next!

Cold days mean indoor photos of little girls snuggling on the couch before gymnastics, trying to stay warm.  Even with the heat on, you could feel the cold coming in through the windows!  Snow is predicted for Monday night, and we're all crossing our fingers for a snow day!
