WDSD: Interview with Ellie
Since for World Down Syndrome Day this year, I'll be participating in a "Day in the Life" blog project, I thought I'd interview Ellie about her life.
She told me she is named Ellie, eats crackers, she likes to play, and she sings "Let it Go." And it got cut off, but she said she's the best friend.
And to think, I cut off the video because I thought she was about to start naming classmates whose parents I don't know.
So that's Ellie. As told by Ellie.

Oh she's so cute I can barely stand it. And I am floored by her speech! Way to go, Ellie!
ReplyDeleteOhmygosh, CUTE!!! Sheesh, I feel like I haven't seen her in, like, forever!! I think she couldn't talk the last time I saw her, now listen to her! Crazy!!
ReplyDeleteWait til you see her at the race! (Hopefully she won't be overwhelmed so she'll let her personality show!)

ReplyDeleteI want to thank you for blogging; I've been a lurker on your blog since finding out at a 24 week scan that we'll be welcoming a little girl with Down syndrome in early June. Your story is so inspiring and makes me feel excited about the journey we're about to embark on :)
Thanks Sadie! Please keep me updated on your little girl!
