Louisa and Charlie

I'm using an older photo for IHF this month.  This is one of my all-time favorites, and it was featured on the IDSC blog a few months ago.  Louisa and Charlotte (Charlie) are two of Ellie's best friends.  They are sisters.  Their parents adopted both of them from Eastern Europe, where both girls were living in orphanages because they have Down syndrome.

Charlie's smile is contagious.  So is Louisa's, but you'll have to look at other pictures to see it!
