Today's tip: For behavior monitoring, especially when you get tired of repeating, "Hey, _____, start your work!" use bracelets. These are from the party favors section of Target. Move one for each warning, from the "watch side" to the "other side."
It's a visual reminder without calling a kid out in front of his or her peers.
