Forget Spring: Summer Preview.

My kid smells like a delightful combination of bug spray, sunblock, and chalk.  My car thermostat read 90 this afternoon.  I took my after school book club outside, where we sat on a blanket to read.

Remember that snow a few weeks ago?

Long gone.

Oh, and the water table that stood strong through last summer didn't survive winter in the backyard.  A replacement has been ordered, but Ellie attempted to play at the leaky old one today.



That game ended when she started drinking out of the water table.
