I was trying to get Ellie to say some of the words she knows (because that makes her Grandmas happy) and she was semi cooperative.
For those who wonder how we do flashcards, it's high success. Even when Ellie picks the wrong card, it's "Hey, look what you found!"
Obviously, she's not really reading the cards yet, but it's still a fun game. Until she finds Mommy and Daddy's running safety light, which clearly needs to go directly onto Mommy's face.
