In other weekend news, Nemo wanted nothing to do with DC other than to freeze us with high winds, keeping us inside... much like the results of snow. I'm not a fan of snow, but seriously, when it's this cold, at least snow is pretty.
Since we could go outside, I dragged Matt and Ellie out for a five-minute Valentine shoot.
Ellie doesn't like the wind, or her hood, so here's a preview of the very small number of photos you'll see from today.

Wait until she gets taller and can actually reach into the drawers. Our little one used to love going into the laundry cupboard and using my spray bottles to 'clean' the walls and floors... sometimes I could smell the clean before I realized what had happened. Thank you for sharing. And, it's still blustery here in Nova Scotia. Drifting snow and flights are still delayed.

ReplyDeleteI love the video. It is how I picture my little chromosomally advanced 17month old moving around the kitchen. That is, when he eventually decides to get up and go. I look forward to reading more of your blog. I am also a SPED teacher.
