Here's Ellie's pumpkin. It was painted (rain washed away the paint job) but not carved. The squirrels wanted to snack on the seeds.

We spent a little time checking out the leaves, too. Ellie was wearing a new dress since the weather was gorgeous, but cuteness didn't make up for itchy leaves. Ellie had mixed feelings about the whole "Fall" thing.
As cute as Ellie looks in her fleece dress, I'm hoping for a much cooler day on Sunday for the marathon.
