Ellie had a wonderful time at her first Buddy Walk. The
Buddy Walk is a fundraiser, a very short walk, and a big party, complete with pony rides, a petting zoo, Elmo, and about a billion food trucks.
We are so grateful to our friends who walked with us and donated to our local Down syndrome group. We also got to meet some new friends, many of whom recognized Ellie from this blog. Hi friends!
We did not make friends with the spandex clad superheroes who were roaming about, but they were a hit with the wanna-be-Supermen in the under-10 crowd.
