OK, friends, my mom has been heavy on the pictures lately, but she's been slacking on the writing, so I'm here to fill you in.
The weather the past few days has been a little bit toasty, so I've been playing with my water table a lot. If you read this blog, you already know that, because my mom has been taking billions of pictures of me with my water table.
Today my mom and I went to lunch with one of my friends and her mom. My mom was not so smart. She ordered a side of sweet potato fries and said, "Ellie, we're sharing." I shared about four fries with mommy, because I was hungry.
The past few evenings, Mommy has been letting me work on artwork. I like to do artwork in the front of the house on the sidewalk so I can share my talents with everyone.
Here's how to do artwork. Mommy says it's good for "pre-writing." I say chalk is yummy.
STEP ONE: Carefully examine your artwork space. |
STEP TWO: Select chalk with care. |
STEP THREE: Bear crawl to the place you want to draw. Do NOT regular crawl, because your knees will hurt. |
STEP FOUR: Make sure you use all your colors. |
STEP FIVE: Look over your artwork carefully to make sure you have all your dots and lines in the right spot. |
STEP SIX: Take a nap. |
STEP SEVEN: Clean the chalk off your fingers.... Until Mommy says, "No eating chalk dust!" |
Now, you can also be an artist. Let me know if you want to come over and share my sidewalk.
Thanks for the tips Ellie! I'll be sure to share them with my daughter when she gets s bit bigger. You're artwork is almost as cute as you.
